A: I offer Acknowledgments, Jurats, Oaths & Affirmations, Loan Signings, Estate Planning documents, Apostille processing, and Courier Services.
Q: Do you offer mobile services?
A: Yes! I’m a mobile notary and can travel to your home, office, hospital, or any agreed location.
Q: What areas do you serve?
A: I primarily serve Solano County and surrounding areas. Contact me to confirm availability in your location.
Q: What if the signer doesn’t have valid ID?
A: Unfortunately, I cannot proceed with the notarization without valid identification. Please make sure the signer is prepared with ID at the time of the appointment.
Q: What is an Apostille, and when do I need one?
A: An Apostille is a form of authentication for documents to be used in countries outside the U.S. that are part of the Hague Convention. You typically need one for legal documents like birth certificates, power of attorney, or business paperwork intended for international use.
Q: Can you notarize documents in Spanish?
A: Yes! I am bilingual in English and Spanish and can assist with notarizations in either language.
Q: How much does a notarization cost?
A: Fees vary depending on the type of service and location. Travel fees apply for mobile appointments. Contact me for a personalized quote.
Q: Do you provide same-day service?
A: Yes, same-day appointments are often available based on my schedule. I recommend calling or texting for the fastest response.
Q: Can you notarize electronically or remotely?
A: At this time, I offer in-person notarizations only. Remote online notarization (RON) is not currently available.
Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?
A: Please give as much notice as possible. Late cancellations may incur a fee if travel has already occurred.
Q: Do you handle corporate or estate documents?
A: Absolutely! I specialize in estate planning documents and corporate filings including power of attorney, living trusts, and more.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: I accept Zelle and Venmo. QR codes are available on the website for quick payment
